There are lots of fluffy clouds over the George Washington Bridge and The Palisades in New Jersey.  As a side note, in the 1910’s, when Fort Lee, NJ was the center of film production (before Hollywood), the Palisades cliffs were often used as a film location. The most famous of these pictures was The Perils of Pauline, a silent film from where we get the term  ‘cliffhanger.’
